A more cohesive merchant payment interface for AmoPay
AmoPay is a cryptocurrency-based payment gateway for transactions between cryptocurrency and fiat currency. The project focused on understanding the inherited product, rebuilding its design system, and improving responsive UI quality across merchant-facing screens.

Challenge
Making a complex payment product feel more structured
When taking over the project, the inherited design needed a careful review to understand its structure, functionality, and visual gaps. The interface had to support financial tasks while feeling more cohesive and easier to read.
Because the product sits between crypto and fiat transactions, the UI needed clearer hierarchy, stronger consistency, and better responsive behavior across device sizes. Web 3.0 was also a new experience for me, so I had to quickly understand unfamiliar crypto payment patterns while improving the interface.
Approach
Reconstructing the system before refining the screens
The work started by studying the existing product experience, then rebuilding the design system around more deliberate color, typography, component structure, and visual hierarchy.

The refreshed UI system uses darker product surfaces, brighter action accents, and modular components to help financial information feel organized without becoming visually heavy.

The final design direction gave AmoPay a more modern, cohesive, and responsive interface foundation, ready to support merchant operations across crypto and fiat payment flows.
